About Construction Weather
Weather intelligence built for the people who run construction projects — not for meteorologists.
What we do
Construction Weather is a specialist platform that translates raw weather data into construction-relevant decisions. Every tool on the platform is designed around the language and workflows that project managers, quantity surveyors, site engineers and contract administrators actually use.
The platform covers five areas: trade-level forecasting, historical data retrieval, EOT weather evidence, early warning notice drafting, and tender-stage unsuitable-day planning. Each tool connects directly to the same underlying weather dataset, so the numbers are consistent across your whole project record.
Why we built it
Weather is one of the most common sources of delay disputes in construction, yet the tools contractors reach for — generic weather apps, spreadsheets, downloaded CSV files — were not designed for contractual use. They produce outputs that are hard to interpret, inconsistent with contract standards, and poorly suited to formal notices or extension-of-time claims.
Construction Weather was built to close that gap: weather data presented in the format that contracts, programmes and project teams actually need.
The platform at a glance
Five tools, one consistent dataset, built around construction workflows.
Trade advisories
14-day forecasts mapped to 20+ construction operations, with standards-referenced unsuitable-day thresholds for each trade type.
Learn more →Early warning notices
AI-drafted early warning notice documents, ready for project-team review before adverse conditions arrive on site.
Learn more →EOT evidence
Benchmark a project month against historical averages and identify potential qualifying weather events for extension-of-time review.
Learn more →Tender planning
Use ten years of historical data to estimate average unsuitable days by operation and project month at the proposed location.
Learn more →Historical data
Retrieve dated weather records for any project location and export them for reports, delay reviews and project records.
Learn more →Data methodology
Understand the weather data sources, station selection logic and accuracy characteristics behind every figure on the platform.
Learn more →Open beta
Construction Weather is currently in open beta. Every feature is free to use — no credit card, no time limit. We are actively developing the platform based on feedback from contractors, QSs and project managers using it on live projects.
